I am a professional in customer service with a live chat and messaging support experience for almost 2 years with an Australian Telecommunications Company (Optus).
I am experienced in all types of customer assistance. I was the universal agent which focuses on mobile services, products, internet services, and products and do sales (mobile products to internet products), Billing assistance, Activation assistance, technical assistance, financial assistance, order, and delivery assistance, and all assistance. Very inquisitive and hence learned all these skills in just a month. Also, been a verifier and researcher/ outbound caller to a background screening company in the USA.
This is my first time in the Virtual Assistant field because I was a call center agent. Since the Pandemic (Covid-19) came, I went back to our small town and started an online business as a distributor for a couple of months hence I have experience in online marketing, social media managing, Facebook and Instagram Ads, web designing, graphic designing, and project manager. Currently, managing 10 riders in some towns in Bukidnon for online delivery service.

Toktok. ph is a delivery service app designed to connect more people by delivering items door-to-door. In the year 2021, I became an operator where I managed riders and deliveries. I have 9 riders in total all throughout the Philippines. Being an operator, we need to market and share our delivery link with a 7% referral fee per booking. Currently, I am more focused on sharing referral links as all my riders are part-time hence, web designing and FB posts & ads are more focused on this online business.

JC Premiere Business International, Inc is s a certified direct-selling company that offers health, beauty, wellness, and personal care products. I was a distributor which sells online a copper masks, jc premiere products, siomai king, etc. through shop links with 20% commission per product sold. With these various products in different shop links, I created Facebook and Instagram pages to cater to all the products and campaigns/shares. Daily or weekly posts on social media. Created a website to manage all products in one store instead.
